Jessica Phillips, CPA
Jessica is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University. Jessica graduated with honors with a BS in Business with a focus in Accounting in May of 2001. She has been a licensed CPA since February 2002. She enjoys working with clients and developing personal relationships with them. Jessica and her husband Kyle reside in Knoxville, TN with their three children, Kylie, Katie and Bryce. She enjoys hiking, running and watching her kids play sports.
Della Strickland
Della joined our team in December 2022. Della is very detail oriented and takes great pride in ensuring she does things right. Della is the lead bookkeeper for the firm and we are extremely blessed to have her. Della is always up for the task and specializes in Quickbooks Online. Della and her husband Mike and 4 children live in Sweetwater, TN. She is a talented musician and enjoys singing and playing guitar with her family at her church.
Jessica Bird
Jessica joined our team in January 2023 as the office manager. Her duties also include completing payroll and all related forms for clients as well as bookkeeping and scheduling. She also assists with tax preparation. She is an extremely dependable employee with an incredible ability to multi-task. She is detail oriented and always willing to learn new things. Jessica is currently working towards becoming a QB Online Pro Advisor. Jessica and her husband Kyle and 2 children live in Harriman, TN. She is very active in her church and enjoys crocheting and helping coach her daughter’s basketball team.
